1. Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit the generation of:

🚫 Deepfakes & Misinformation

Creating realistic videos of real individuals without consent, especially for political manipulation, fraud, or defamation.

🚫 Explicit Content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult content, especially involving minors or non-consenting individuals.

🚫 Violence & Hate

Content promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination against protected groups.

🚫 Illegal Activities

Content depicting or promoting illegal activities, including drug manufacturing, weapons, or financial fraud.

2. Content Moderation

We employ a multi-layered moderation system:

  • Prompt Filtering: AI-powered analysis of text prompts before generation
  • Output Scanning: Automated review of generated videos for policy violations
  • Human Review: Manual inspection of flagged content by trained moderators
  • Community Reporting: User-driven reporting system for public content
  • Appeal Process: Fair review mechanism for disputed moderation decisions

3. Transparency and Attribution

We encourage responsible disclosure:

  • All videos generated through our platform include invisible metadata tags identifying them as AI-generated
  • We provide optional visible watermarks for Free tier users
  • Pro users are encouraged (but not required) to disclose AI generation in public use
  • Enterprise customers can request C2PA content credentials for authenticity verification

Best Practice: When sharing AI-generated content publicly, we recommend including a simple disclosure like "Created with AI" to maintain trust and transparency.

4. Privacy and Consent

  • Do not generate videos of real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent
  • Respect intellectual property rights and copyrights in your prompts
  • Do not use our service to violate anyone's privacy or personal rights
  • Be cautious when generating content featuring recognizable locations or trademarks

5. Environmental Responsibility

AI video generation is computationally intensive. We're committed to minimizing our environmental impact by:

  • Using 100% renewable energy in our data centers
  • Optimizing our models for energy efficiency
  • Partnering with carbon offset programs
  • Transparent reporting of our carbon footprint

6. Bias and Fairness

We actively work to reduce bias in our AI models:

  • Diverse training datasets representing different cultures, ethnicities, and perspectives
  • Regular bias audits by third-party researchers
  • Continuous model updates to address identified biases
  • Community feedback channels to report problematic outputs

7. Research and Development Ethics

8. Reporting Violations

We take all reports seriously and typically respond within 24 hours.
